Good afternoon, I leaving the country. I would like to cancel my contract(07*********) and I would like to save my phone number. Maybe you can give me some advice how is better to do?

Hi @Lina,
Sorry to hear you're looking into cancelling, but moving country sounds exciting!
There's more info on switching provider here. If you move to a PAYG option, bear in mind that networks tend to have a minimum usage policy, so you may lost your number if it's not used often enough. On Three PAYG you have to make a chargeable usage at least once every 6 months, but you should check this with the provider you switch to.
The alternative would be to check if you can renew your plan to a cheap SIM only for whilst you're away if you really want to keep the number active.
Hope this helps!
Jonathan

If you cancel, you'll lose the number; it'll be recycled!
