Hi, I ended up buying 2x 3 days roaming passes because I did not see the confirmation and 1st add on was not immediately activated so I purchased another one thinking it did not go through. I only needed 3xdays so I want the unused pass cancelled. Just so you know I already called customer service and they said they couldn't do anything until monthly bill goes through which I find very strange given I am calling about an unused product. What is your policy for cancellation of unused products bought in error?

Hi @Max6,
Generally, these add-ons would only be refunded in exceptional circumstances, but the purchase may also need to reflect on the account billing for this to be considered.
You can also keep the roaming pass on your account to use on a future trip, as these remain valid for use at any time that your remain as a Three customer.
Please have a chat with Customer Services when your next bill is generated, and they'll discuss if there's anything that can be arranged.
