Three + app crash

trying to log into my three + app but it has been loading for the past 10 minutes?? I assumed there was an update so checked my App Store & there’s nothing to update. I also deleted & reinstalled the app. Still not working!!

Hi @Roon@JackD1311,

It does look like there were some temporary delays with Three+ loading pages in app last week, this should all have been resolved on the afternoon of the 27th, just to check in is the app back to normal for you in the meantime?

To be fair, i has the same issue on Monday trying to load Three+ and I thought it was the Internet speed as i do know that the Internet speed isnt always good but I managed to load other things online so I think it might have been the servers for the Three+ app as my three app loaded no problems.

Hi there @Roon,

That doesn't sound right!

Does the app load to the main page, or does it get stuck on loading before that stage?

Do any error messages appear?

Please try to clear the app cache, and see if you can sign in via a browser.

This may be helpful in confirming if it's an app or account issue.
