Tried to log in. Before I even get to the login page, it loads for a bit then it crashes with this message.
"An error occurred while processing your request.

It's been like this for the last couple of days. Same if i try accessing the page from mobile.

Hi @Mitch667,
Sorry to hear you're having trouble logging in. Our My3 online accounts use the same sign on as the Community so that's really odd.
Have you tested from both the Three App, and on a browser? Can you try any alternative browsers and/or devices you have available, and let me know which are having this issue? Try both mobile data, and whilst connected to Wi-Fi if you can too. This should hopefully help narrow things down.
