  • I received an email yesterday to ask if I wanted to upgrade my contract. 
  • I spoke to your agent over a year ago and cancelled the contract. You have still been taking £9.58 by direct debit.
  • I have cancelled the direct debit after no success in speaking to you,.
  • Please can you investigate, correct the situation and refund my overpayment?

If you had spoken to Three last year and requested to cancel, there would be a record on your account. Please connect with Customer Services for this to be checked.

I'd recommend using the live chat - you can enter 'Speak to Three team' or something similar a few times, then you'll get an option to chat with an agent.

This will then get investigated and you'll be advised whether any refund is due.
