I've had issues with three pay on and off for the past year. It finally seemed to be working fine up until the end of august. At that point it kept saying there was a problem any time i tried to purchase anything on google playstore or even playstation. I spoke with someone on the three chat and they said its an issue with the merchants. So i speak to the merchants, nothing wrong on their end. I've kept trying to use three pay now for the past month and the pop up saying its failed recently changed. It now says its been unsuccessful and to contact 333 to discuss my contract.
So i do so, only to be told its an issue with the merchant. Feel like I'm banging my head against a brick wall.
I've tried every work around; update phone, update apps, remove threepay, add threepay, do a restart etc.

Hi, any update ? its happening with me too, even though I use three pay regularly. They said £250 per month is the cap but I’ve never spent over that.
Wont let me use three pay on my Xbox to purchase games or anything, I’ve contacted Xbox and they said it’s no issue on there end it’s an issue with the mobile provider.

Yeah I’ve tried again , even tho I’ve paid all my bill, still saying contact the mobile provider. Not worked for me for about 4 weeks now
