I resently took a sim only contract online out,. No longer needed how to cancel it

But with respect you’re saying you commenced the contract on the 25/03. I’m assuming that’s not this year as the date at the time of my writing this is 24/03. So either you’ve got the date wrong or the date refers to 2023/2024. In general I believe you can cancel a contract within the first 14 days but beyond that and unless you are nearing the end date you’ll pay a cancellation charge and no,I don’t believe you can do it online. I’ve just read your correction and my reply still seems relevant. Please contact customer service.

If you’re in the minimum term of your contract you’ll have to pay a cancellation fee. Contact customer service on 333.

Spot on @Paddiewack, as it's a recent purchase there's a 14 day return window, but this can't be redeemed online. So we can ensure the early termination fees are removed this needs to be done by getting in touch.
