If you are out of contract and are happy with your current deal you will just carry on paying the same every month and nothing will change apart from you can leave anytime.

So just to confirm. If my contact is up and I dont upgrade to a new phone and go with a SIM only deal, still with Three, on current phone my number will stay the same?

If you don’t take out a new contract with a new number then your number will stay the same.

That's correct, I'd just add that if we needed to amend your terms, or withdraw your plan for any reason we'll write to inform you of this with notice of any changes

That raises new questions. If you just let your contract roll, and Three withdraw that contract, but you want to just continue, can you continue?
I am in that situation. My contract has ended. I get emails from Three saying they cannot offer this contract anymore (which is vague regarding continuing) but all the new contracts are for less data at a higher cost - I don't want any of them. I want what I have now.

Hey PXT,
Our plans always change and as much as we'd love to keep all our deals, we have to say goodbye at some point. With this plan being discontinued, our Upgrades Team will certainly look at more viable options for you.
