I bought a pre paid 30 days Data Pack Sim in Australia which expires in 30 days after activation, I was told if I add $ top-up before the expiry date, I can continue using the Sim beyond the initial 30 days, I have did just that and the account has a credit balance but the Sim is still expiring and now not working, What happened to the credit balance? Can I get a refund ? I have call 3 to speak to a person but the automated phone voice gets me nowhere and the phone ends call. What should I do ? I just want my money back
