Hello,
My phone contract expires in 3 days so I went to get a new one and it’s saying my credit check has failed. I haven’t missed a payment from Three in the 3 years I’ve been on it with my last contract, I earn enough, and my work even contractually pay for my mobile phone usage, so I should have no issue whatsoever getting a new contract, especially only around £50 a month.
I’ve seen other people complain about this issue saying it’s a bug, I was wondering if anyone could assist me with appealing this? As I say, zero issue with payment and have never missed a payment

We can totally understand getting a new contract is exciting and failing this can dampen your experience. If you're looking for a device loan agreement, a SIM Only plan, or Broadband plan, this would be subject to a successful credit check.
