I am in Italy and paid £12 for using go roam for 7 days. However, I have no Internet on my device since I have landed. I have checked General troubleshooting nothing seems to work.

1) Check that data roaming is active on your account and device
2) Check that your Spend Cap isn't set to zero
3) Check that your Credit Limit isn't £1
