There used to be an option in both my three app and the website to see the current or previous complaints update. Did they remove that option or something. I got an email to log in to th app and see the update but it takes me to the homepage

We've been updating the app and this feature has been removed. I've passed across feedback to correct the messages you received about logging in to check, as this is inaccurate.

Yes they did. The guy I spoke to yesterday told me that I can see my complaint... by doing a SAR. They are beyond crazy and the Ombudsman, when I get to them, will tear them a new one.
