Data only SIM sends APP passcode to SIM phone number

I have a data only SIM.  If I try to login to my account from my Apple iPhone.  A passcode is sent to the SIM phone number.  My phone has a Vodaphone SIM.

Sorry to hear the OTP messages are proving an issue. What device are you using the data SIM with? Other than iPads most data devices do tend to support text. If you check out our Device Support pages, and select your device model, the "how to guides" usually have advice on how to access your texts for Broadband devices, if supported.

Hi,

this has been a long standing problem, 

you would need to put the data sim into your phone. So as to receive the sms “code”. 

Then, you can login.
