I cannot get out of two contracts which I have spent so so so many hours trying to cancel and sort I’ve written and complained I’ve called I’ve been on the chat for hours and hours and I’m still being billed I’m on a payg now it should all of been sorted last year I cannot get any help it’s ruining my credit score and as I no longer have the phone security is a major issue help

I'm sorry to hear that you've not been able to cancel your contract yet.

Is the reason for this due to not being able to verify the account as you don't have access to the numbers any longer?

What has been advised when you've spoken to customer services?
