FRAUD AND USELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE

I am using 3 Sim only contact and my monthly contact is £8.00 a month. Unfortunately, instead of taking £8.00 they charge me £42.65 because they are saying I was call on premium number, which is 4409110140095. As far as my knowledge I never dialled any wired number. As I have search for this number, I couldn't find anything about this no. I have spoken to customer service twice and they cant find any proper answer for me. They are saying as I dialled this number I have to pay for it. But even they cant see this is not any UK number at all. Could anyone please tell me how can I make a complain or suggestion if anyone going through about this. This is fraud and way to take money from customer.

Fraud it isn’t but if you need to raise a complaint you can do so via the Three website.
