Since November 2024 three has been adding to my monthly payment amount so when I went to their office to complain I was told it was cos of fuse forge game I signed for. I never signed up for any game this sound so ridiculous and fraud to me cos when I signed my contract with three nothing of such were mentioned.
I need my money back and this has to be stopped. I see this as manipulating the generality to defraud them of their hard earned money
this is not speaking well of Them here as a company

Hey @Jide
It sounds like a subscription service has been signed up to using your SIM and the payment method has been set as Three Pay. Three pay has a step by step process that needs to be followed before the subscription is allowed to go ahead. You can find more information on how Three pay works here.
Have you reached out to Fuse forge to request a refund? Three pay is being used as a billing tool and Three are not keeping this money. We also recommend that you reach out to them to ensure that this subscription is stopped.
If you are still unhappy with the service Fuse forge have provided you with, they are regulated by the Phone paid services authority. You can reach to them here for further advice.
Hope this information helps, but if you wish to log a complaint with us, you can find ways to do so here.

I don't want to get off topic but @JadeF is this Fuse Forge like a premium rate service? Looks like Ofcom is now assuming or taking over PSA's responsabilities (https://www.ofcom.org.uk/phones-and-broadband/mobile-phones/ofcom-takes-on-responsibility-for-regula... )

Thanks for sharing this @jr0, PSA have indeed handed over to Ofcom as regulator for Premium Rate Services. Fuze Forge do appear to be a 3rd party gaming subscription service.

T&Cs? or was a genuine mistake by them?
