I had a text from 3 saying I can get the new iPhone 16 on an early upgrade free , however when I go ahead with an order it says I need to pay £468 to upgrade - 

 

currently on a sim only contract not a handset .

Could you advise if you're attempting to upgrade via the app/online or with our Customer Service teams?

If possible, could you attach a screenshot of the text you've received (removing any personal information) and I'll check this out?
