Was called several times today but couldn’t understand a word being said mainly due to background noise and other voices. Who can I speak to to ask what it was about. Please no chat it.

If you believe that the call you received was from Three, I'd follow Paddiewack's suggestion to connect with Customer Services 🙂
If the call was genuine and from Three, there should be notes on your account to confirm if a call was made, and for what reason.
If you have the caller ID, the team can also confirm if it's a Three number.

Calling customer service on 333 seems to be an obvious choice. You can then also confirm it was they who called you.
