Hi,
I have recently joined Three and have kept my previous number. But when people try to ring me the phone doesn't ring. It goes directly to answer phone or shows as "call failed". It's becoming a huge problem. Can you please help? Thanks.

Welcome to the Three Community.
It's a shame to hear that you've had had some problems with receiving calls since switching to Three.
It seems that this may be a split-port issue, where some inbound/outbound calls/texts aren't successful.
Please have a chat with Customer Services about this, who'll be able to raise this with our Porting team.
The Porting team will then investigate the routing path from you previous network.
