Go Roam doesn’t work, have data but can’t call or make and receive texts! Spoken to Three 5 times and still not sorted. I can see 3000 minutes on my plan but show as “expired” how can it be fixed?

Hi @JB83,
Sorry to hear that you've been having issues with calls and texts abroad. Normally these shouldn't require any separate set up from your data, roaming services tended to be active as a whole.
Is this relating to a PAYG or a Pay Monthly plan? Where were you visiting? Did you get a chance to check out @Anonymous's suggestions?

Have you checked your Spend Cap, Credit Limit and roaming settings?
Are you in a Go Roam destination?
