I topped up £10 to my Three account, but I can’t use it to buy the £10 40GB plan. What can I do? I want to pay for the plan using my account balance.

Sorry to hear you've had trouble converting credit to a pack. There's a temporary issue with doing so using My3 from our website at the moment, but you should be able to do so using the Three App, or by getting in touch. Did you manage to get this sorted out in the meantime?

This has happened to me today, there used to be an option to convert your balance to a data pack, but today it only gave me the option to pay by voucher or credit/debit card.
There website has been lousy ever since they had it updated 2 years ago.
