Did you mean:

Go roam

When I got my contract and sim card they gave me another sim card and said it was a holiday sim card to use while roaming. And to use 12gb for fair use policy. I used it in france last week and it worked fine. But I'm in Spain now and it doesn't work. Does it only work once?

Thanks

Zoe

I’m puzzled by this. There’s no reason why you’d need a second SIM card to use your phone abroad. Your “contract” sim would work in exactly the same way. When you say “they” gave you another sim card exactly who are you referring to? Without speculating I’d suggest you contact customer service either now or when you get home.

Hey sorry should have said. Three gave it to me when I got the same. Said it's a holiday sim. Assume it is a go roam sim. But it's not working here unfortunately. If I use my usual sim I can just pay for 7 days to use my data which obviously I will do if I can't get my holiday sim to connect. Thanks for your reply!

Hello.

Did you use 12GB already while in France? If so, you won't be able to use more while in Spain as the fair use limit is a monthly limit.

Pete.

Hi Zoe,

It sounds like you were supplied a PAYG SIM with a one off Data Pack, these last for 30 days when activated. We often supply a PAYG SIM as a back up with Pay Monthly deals, so perhaps you were given the data pack as a promotion at the time.

Thanks,
Jonathan
