Or you can ask customer service to carry out a soft credit search to confirm your identity. This will have zero impact on your credit score and the adult filter can be removed immediately.

Hi, it depends what is preventing you from accessing said content. Three have an adult filter, which is enabled by default on every account. You can find out more about that here - Three Adult Filter
However, late last year the UK Government introduced the Online Safety Act (OSA) which means that any site with adult content has to make you prove your age, by law. Usually by uploading your ID and going on a webcam session with artificial intelligence (AI). I would urge caution with this technology, mainly on if you can trust these 3rd party providers with your personal information.

You can turn off the adult content filter on the Three app by navigating to: 'Manage plan' on the home page of your account > Controls > Toggle the adult content filter off.
You may need card info to verify your age at this stage.
