Hi @Miah786,

I'm sorry to hear about this. Our Proof of Purchase documents are usually from a standard template, so I'm not sure why Apple would reject this. Did they explain what information they felt was missing or incomplete when you passed this over to Apple?

Did you manage to speak with anyone? if so how?

I'm currently roaming in the usa, and my one month data ack has expired after a week, even though i used little data.

live chat always suddenly disconnects ( at least 8 times). no way to speak to any one using the ...333333 number.

 

any ideas?

Hello there. 

The Data Packs are usually for 1 month, rather than a week. How much data did you get in your pack? How much data have you used while roaming?

I’m actually fuming. Been customer for over 10 years and I am appalled by the treatment. I’ve had to explain my issues to THREE separate live chat agents and conveniently it gets disconnected every single time. One assured me it won’t and bam it did!! Phone number going in circles, why even have a phone number when it doesn’t connect to anyone?? Completely pointless . I’m so done with this stupid company but I’m stuck in a contract they won’t let me get out of but also won’t help with any issues I’m having

I want to speak to somebody a human being as I am abroad and I'm getting trouble to meet and receive calls from my office it is urgent

I find this SUPER annoying. What a disgraceful customer service. It's 2024 and I can't find an option to speak with a human being!!!!!!!! It's all about redirecting you here there. Can't you make this better because I want to leave three I hate it. Also the fact that the contract keeps rolling even though it's terminated it's terrible.

We have loads of options when calling to speak with an agent, you can press option 1, then option 5 if you wish to speak about anything else. 

You can also contact the Customer Service team via Live Chat. Our phone lines are open from 08:00 to 20:00 Monday to Friday, and 09:00 to 18:00 Saturday and Sunday. Our chat is open from 08:00 – 22:00 Monday to Friday, and 09:00 – 20:00 Saturday and Sunday.

Hey, with option 1 then 5, it leads you to sending a link to the Three app. Very misleading advice.
