How do you actually speak to a customer service person on the 3 network

Would actually like to speak to a human being or don't you employ any anymore

I have managed to speak to someone by dialling 333 and listening to the options.  The service I received has been amazing, exemplary!  Very pleasant, kind and efficient!

I would love to speak to someone as well in UK office because India offive and been told 3 times incorrect information and bedbound and disabled and wanting home broadband and 2 Sims doesn't give you any cheaper deals and told more than the website.

I already have a SIM with three which will be stopping

Like so many, I was having the same problems. Three seem to actively hide the contact centre number to push customers toward using its digital assistant service. Ironically, the cure initially being proposed did not work as the digital assistant also seemed unfamiliar with the number of available options to deal with my query. I was guided to press option 5, yet only 3 were presented. So over an hour of time was needed, but the digital assistant agent did a good job and persevered until my problem was resolved. Not being able to access someone with whom to speak is poor and symptomatic of a digital age where customer service levels and interaction is in decline.

I have same issue.  I suppose automated systems are free, but humans cost money!

Going to visit a Three shop now, if they are as useless I will cancel and go elsewhere.

I got locked out my iPhone and Apple requires an original proof of purchase I spoke with Three customer service 5 times now and they keep sending a proof of purchase email with some details but not the original receipt. Does anyone know how I can get the original or a copy of the receipt please
