How do you actually speak to a customer service person on the 3 network

Would actually like to speak to a human being or don't you employ any anymore

I have tried both of these and every number I could find on line.All I get are automated menus and text bots.

Your Live Chat service is beyond abysmal. I've wasted an hour of my life today with Live Chats that continually drop out or get responded to by people in India who lack not only basic customer service skills but don't even have basic manners in some cases.

Enough is enough, I'd like someone from Three customer service to phone me please, on the number shown on my profile.

I'm waiting.............

It's disappointing that you've had issues getting support from the team on chat. As this is a customer forum, there isn't anyone here who can access your account or arrange a call back from the support team for you. However, there are people here who might be able to help you if you have an issue you'd like to discuss with the Community. 

If you it's not something you can discuss here, I'd recommend reaching out to the team on one of the contact options on the Support Page, or if you have a complaint you can head over to the Complaint Page and register a complaint there.

"Issues" is a vile modern euphemism for "problems".

Newspapers and magazines have "issues". " Having issue" is an antiquated way of writing that royalty and nobility had children.

Misusing "issue" to mean "problem" is cowardly.

If you can tell me how these enable me to speak to someone, I will.

My problem is not covered by the options they offer and there is no apparent option to speak to anybody.
