How to find quest on three . Had text saying check . Can’t find them any help please

It is not available anymore under the help section on the app.. It's quite frustrating because I received an email saying check your query ASAP

Thanks for raising this feedback, the queries section of My3 is an older feature which was removed. We've flagged up that some customers are still receiving these messages in error, and the relevant team is working to identify and resolve the error. We're sorry for any confusion these messages may have caused.

Open the help section of the app and you’ll see a sub heading “queries “. Hit that and you’ll be able to access them.
