I want a confirmation that my contract expires next month 25 th July. I have chatted with an agent but did not understand my request. Has anybody else had the same problem if so please respond or give me a email to contact them.

You should be able to view the contract minimum term date within the My3 page, or Three app. However, if you're needing the confirmation from the support team, that is something they should be able to provide normally. It's worth noting that when a contract minimum term is reached, this doesn't mean the contract just stops, it will continue until you set 30 days notice on the account. This might have caused some confusion when you were asking the team. If you just want to know when that minimum term ends, the app or website should be able to provide that. If you're looking to have the account close at the end of its term, you'll need to speak to the team to set 30 days notice.
