How to 'manage' a complaint via 3UK Self Service

Yesterday I received an email from noreply@mails.three.co.uk which said:

Hi there, it's Three.

One of our agents has updated your complaint (2503041032xxxx) with some new information. Please take a look as soon as you can.

To manage your query, just log in.

Thanks,
The Three Team

However when I click log in (when already signed in), it just takes me to the main 'dashboard'.

How do I access the complaint information?

Hey dalep,

You should be able to view the message left on the complaint however, this seems like the complaint could be closed, or internal notes have been updated. 

Our Customer Service Team can certainly check what updates have happened, or if you're speaking with the Complaints Team directly through email, they'd be able to confirm this for you.
