Auto renew - how do I set up auto renew. New to 3 and am currently in Europe. For the life of me can’t work out how to do this on the app. Just want to set up auto renew for the plan I have so have seamless use. Help please!
My understanding is that on the Three App you should be able to set up an auto renew data pack from the Buy tab as long as you're paying by card. This page has more info on PAYG Data Packs or if you're still having some trouble finding the relevant option, you can also contact us to set up an auto renew pack.
