Hi everyone,
I recently transferred my number from Giffgaff to Three using a PAC code. I’m currently in Poland. I received confirmation messages about the transfer and also increased my spend cap, but I still can only send texts — I can’t make any calls.
Does anyone know what could be the reason or what I can do to fix this?

Have you still had problems with making calls since switching to Three?
I understand you were abroad when you initially posted this - was this happening only when roaming, or did the calling issues also occur when in the UK?
