I tried over a week for checking my balance over both 3 app and website but they shown sorry they know the problem and try to fix it, trying to contact 3 agent but they are not helping out at all, only told me to reset password.
I've just paid my phone bill of £62 pound but my bank is saying they're taking £124. I need this back to pay other bills so what do I do?
