I can’t make or receive calls

I can’t make or receive calls . Even when  I have the phone right in front if me and call from another phone. My husband also has the same. At least since Thursday. Anyone know how to resolve this? So fat wasted over an hour of my time..  no issue issue with WhatsApp or WiFi.  And three claims good coverage of 4g and 5g.  ……

Hi @SAK,

Sorry to hear you've been having trouble with calls lately. This could mean that your phone isn't connecting for VoLTE, also known as 4G calling. There's some suggestions in this article: How to ensure your phone is ready for the 3G switch off 

It's also worth checking our Network Status Checker for any local issues, as you're both seeing the same issue.

What model(s) of phone are you both using?
