I have tried to contact someone for the last 2 hours via the app, the Chat and by Phone call and each of these were completely useless.
It is a sign of corporate greed that Three can not provide human customer service agents to assist their customers.
I still do not have the answer to my question about whether my current long running Advanced Plan includes Go Roam. So, I will assume it does and if they change me I will go to a Three Shop (no change of contacting them any other way) and have them sort it out.
There were many other things I could have got done in the 2 hours lost trying to navigate a completely useless customer service solutions.
Very disappointed.

How can you say you’re unable to speak to a customer service person by phone. You literally dial 333 option 1 option 4 option 1 option 3. Cheaper than a trip to a shop and you can then get two hours of your life back. As for “corporate greed” what a load of twonk you talk. By the way I’ve just dialled customer service and shock horror a human answered;easy peasy .
