Is this a scam?

I've just got a phone call from 07*** ****** claiming to be from Three offering 40% off of my bills for a year. Is this legitimate or a scam?

Three wouldn't call you from a mobile number, so this appears to be a scam call.

We'd always recommend to not share any personal info and to report the number if you're ever unsure about the legitimacy.

You can text the word 'CALL' followed by the number to 7726.

This will report the call for free. More information on what to look out for when it comes to fraudulent activity can be found here.

You can also chat with Customer Services after any contact that you receive, as only genuine Three calls will be recorded on your Three account notes.
