It seems to me to be utterly reckless of Three to automatically increase my spend cap to almost £100k.
without any consultation.
In the current financial climate. Allowing anyone to incur costs Upto £100k seems downright ridiculous.
I have immediately set my spend cap to £0. As I am on an unlimited plan. And I cannot see the purpose or benefit of setting my spend cap to £100k automatically.
!! Poor choice of action Three !!
