Monthly Data Expired in One day?

Hi, I shifted over from Vodafone to Three today, and I had opted for a 12 month contract with Three, which included 40GB a month. This entirety of 40 GB is expiring in less than 24 hours of me shifting over to Three. What’s going on?

If your contract has just started, you'll have a pro rata period at the start which is normally only a couple of days. You are given allowance for that period, and then it will refresh with a new 40GB for the 30 days ahead. It's likely that which you are seeing.
