My date of birth isb wrong and i can not change online.

Thursday
This happened to me due to having initially a 2 year data pack for testing which hadn’t needed any account. For some reason when i registered the dob was zeroed and I was 126 years old (no age access issue when you are this old). I then got a pay monthly and the account details carried over.
The solution is account services send you a link to a third party verification service where you can choose a proof document to upload. Scan, upload and a couple of weeks later it gets updated.
I had no objection to being 126 and I did actually use the 1.1.1900 date when prompted at one point before the update occurred to get some process filled in.
The only caveat is that the proof service looks like a scam email so take care.

You’ll need to call customer service on 333 to get it sorted. I’m not totally sure but I suspect they may ask for proof of your correct dob but I could be wrong. But customer service is your starting point.

100% here, errors can happen when accounts are registered, but correcting something like this should be as simple as contacting customer services, and they'll walkthrough how to submit a valid ID. As an alternative, popping into any Three store with a Passport or Driver's licence is another way to clear this up.
Thanks,
Jonathan
