Multiple payments to you

I have five separate monthly payments going out to Three and I can only identify two:

H3G ********* ********* – £71.99

Can you let me know what these other three payments are for and how I go about getting them removed.

H3G ********* ********* – £11.33

H3GDEVICEPAYMENT ******* – £22.36
