Data Roaming not working

Hi, hope you are well.

I was wondering if anyone could help or advise me please. Im on a contract with Three, but for as long as I can remember, my data roaming doesnt work. I have 28 day passes to use as part of the contract and am able to make and receive calls and texts, but not use my data. Is there any blocker on my account or anything you recommend please?

Check that roaming is active on your handset and on your account. Check that your spend cap is set accordingly, and the same for your credit limit.
