Hello.

As MZone mentioned, it can take time for the payment to reach your account. Up to 5 working days depending on the payment method you chose. 

If you paid by card over the automated system, or with a member of the team, the lines normally restore much faster, and you'd usually be back online within hours rather than days. If you did make the payment by card, I'd recommend following the advise from Geluk and heading through to speak to the team on 333, or 0333 338 1001 if calling from another number, and asking the team to look into it for you.
