My new monthly charge following price increases for April 2026 are given as 12.53 per month on my account plan, as expected, ie 10.63 + 1.90 increase (5-99gb).
But my new bill has random figures that do not tally with this and monthly charge as 13.98.
I've just done a live chat with someone who did not even try to answer my query. I was very polite, and I was disconnected, Who can actually look into this for me please?

Only customer services can sort this out for you. I’m at a loss to know why people use a chat function and I say that with the utmost respect to you and them. Call 333 and speak to them as opposed to using chat and I’m sure you’ll get it sorted.
