Incorrect 12GB fair usage texts and roaming charges

On unlimited data package.  Arrived in Thailand and turned on phone and mobile data.  Within a few minutes received a text saying I had used 80% of data allowance, then a few minutes later a text saying I reached 100%.  No way could I have used 12GB data as only just arrived.  Now just got latest bill through and I have been charged £43 plus VAT for roaming.  This cannot be correct.  How do I go about sorting this out so I can use data?   I travel overseas quite regularly have used Three for years and never had this happen before.

Your contract doesn't feature Go Roam Extra, something that was offered on contracts taken more recently. You contract has Go Roam EU and Go Roam ATW. Since your contract doesn't have Go Roam Extra, you would have been charged for each MB used at £6 per MB.

Your contract doesn't feature Go Roam Extra, something that was offered on contracts taken more recently. You contract has Go Roam EU and Go Roam ATW. Since your contract doesn't have Go Roam Extra, you would have been charged for each MB used at £6 per MB.
