I have over £60 on my account but I can't use it, every time it's saying no credit....

Sorry to hear this. Are you able to check My3 to confirm your credit balance is still £60? What are you trying to do when you get this no credit message? Is this when making a call, sending a text, or trying to connect to the Internet or use an App? Or are you trying to make a purchase online with Three Pay?
