Go roam passes

Do the 7 and 14 Day Go Roam Passes have to be used over consecutive days, in other words during a single period of time overseas? Or is it possible to use it over several shorter trips?TIA.

Set Up Direct Debit, No £5 Discount?

I set up a direct debit for my monthly rolling contract, but have not been given the £5 discount for doing so.I was wondering why. Also, how do I stop the direct debit if the promised discount fails to be applied?Thank you
