Hello I have a question about my order I ordered an iPhone 16 pro max on October 9 with a new plan I still have not received information whether it will be there at all or maybe I will have to move to another company

I'm sorry for the delay in your order shipping. We can't view details of specific orders from the Community, but we do have access to some general estimates of the dates provided we have the info on when the order was placed, and which colour and storage size you picked.

Can you confirm which Pro Max colour this was and whether it was the 256GB, 512GB, or the 1TB version? We can get a general idea from that info, or you may wish to get in touch, as customer services can do more specific checks against your account and order.

Hi there.

After some checking, I've found that the model you've mentioned was never in back order. It was available for immediate dispatch. It seems like something must have went wrong with the order that caused it not to come out. 

I'd recommend reaching out to the Support Team in order to find out what's going on with the delivery.
