Random Email saying Order Has Gone Through

I randomly got an email today saying my order has gone through. I don't remember making any order. The pdf file attached does not open using my birthday. Is this automatic because I didn't upgrade my plan after the 24month period?

Paramount plus issues

Hi I have just taken out new SIM only contract with Paramount plus as zn add on.  We are having problems as don't think our TV is compatible. Awaiting reply from Paramount but if we can't use it, can I cancel ?

Upgraded phone and plan

I just upgraded my phone and plan from existing 3 account. The plan says I'll have a new sim and number. Does this mean I will be billed for my current plan as well as my new one with the new number? I wanted to keep my old number. Advice needed
