Hi. Myself and my wife upgraded to new Samsung phones last Friday in store. We were told that our old numbers would transfer by Tuesday at the latest. This hasn't happened yet?

You've mentioned upgrading, were you already a Three customer?
If not, did you provide a PAC code from your previous provider when you set up your new account?

Did you guys went through the porting process? you must have got pac codes and received a date for when the porting would take place?
because the porting process involves your previous mobile operator (I'm assuming the likes of Vf or EE or vmo2, or any other mvno) and the new one (three) could be that something went wrong on either. However because you are now with Three call 333.
