I like others are not receiving OTPCs from certain websites and pages etc. I have swapped over from O2 last week and I can see that others have had this transferring from O2 but also from other providers. I have spoken to 3 people now and each one has given me the same answers "it has transferred over properly" well clearly something is wrong if I and others are not receiving the OTPCs. This cannot just be the old providers issue and needs resolving asap.

I need to have OTPCs for work purposes and they have now opened a 7 day investigation on this, if I hear nothing by day 7 I have one day to decide if I want to stay or go. I have to say like others I do not think this is great service and I am considering my options, which may include a change of phone number because Three cannot get their act together and sort this out. I left O2 because of poor network issues and over priced and really regretting that decision each day.

We received a few confirmations from our service desk and other community members that the issue has been resolved, and the last we heard from you on Thursday was that an OTP message had been received.

We're still awaiting an update from our porting teams, but a similar topic was also shared that turned out to be a handset settings issue, so I'd encourage everyone to check out: Not receiving SMS Verification Text messages for some applications.

Hi Jonathan, I have posted the below on a separate chat but if it does not work tomorrow I will try this hack.

 

Very strange, I’m working in London today and not changed anything at all and I have got an OTPC for a site I’ve been unable to get codes for. I won’t know until tomorrow if it is a regional issue when I’m

Just logged onto work and the OTPC’s worked so fingers crossed something has been fixed

I’ve got the same issue, recently moved from EE. I have opened an enquiry but unable to access the updates!!! 😡
