Opt out of all marketing calls? I've updated my profile but my preferences are being ignored

I am being pestered at least 2 x per week by 'sales calls'.  I don't want them and they are interrupting me and are a real pain.  I have opted out of Marketing Preferences on my profile, but they're still happening.  What do I do next?

Register your number with TPS, it does stop most marketing calls, although not scammers.
